The 25th Hour
(L: Schell; M: Cimetta)

In the 25th hour what would you do
When the time has come and they're questioning you
Bad omens in a world which soon won't exist
People pray hopelessly for what they've all wished
A crumbling earth is left grasping for air
Moronic men are put in the chair
It means nothing what they have to say
Actions count now it's judgement day.

The 25th hour terminates an age
One which people have failed to gauge
The time has come to turn the page.

The trials begin he sits high on his throne
Verdicts fly out there is nothing unknown
Guilty defendents are sentenced to die
Innocent witnesses still must be tried
He bangs the gavel without any mercy
Pathetic victims cry out cry out to curse thee
Killing the rich he makes the poor more deprived
The final sixty minutes have now arrived.

Wathing his world from an ivory tower
Flexing his muscles in splendor and power
Displaying his wrath so people will cower
This all happens in the 25th hour.

The 25th hour terminates an age
One which people have failed to gauge
The time has come to turn the page.

Lodged in Mother Earth's dying womb
The lid is closing on her tomb
Speak forever of the world's doom
Lifelong agony has begun to bloom.

The 25th hour terminates an age
One which people have failed to gauge
The time has come to turn the page.

Watching his world from an ivory tower
Flexing his muscles in splendor and power
Displaying his wrath so people will cower
This all happens in the 25th hour
Mutilation comes from an ivory tower
Prettiest of petals fall off the flower
The world is now so sorry and sour
This all happened in the 25th hour...
